Default Critique my future setup!

Pretty much got my setup for next year figured out but im still unsure about a few things...anyways let me know what you think...Flame on

Engine:
b16a
CP 9:1 pistons (also thinking about 8:5:1 JE's, i know some on here had them and made alot of power with a similar setup)
Eagle Rods (With arp bolts)
GE Block Guard
ACL Bearing rebuild kit
ARP headstuds
GSR Cams
Skunk 2 or JG Intake manifold w/hondata gasket (unsure between the 2)

Turbo Kit:
SS autochrome Modified manifold (i already have it and its been working great)
Tial 35mm wastegate (already have it, will the 35mm support 425whp?)
Precision SC61
3" custom DP
Precision 31x8x3.5 IC
DSM BOV (i have a Bling Bling JDM bov now, but i can't stand the noise and would prefer to sell it and use a crushed dsm bov, i have heard they can support alot of boost if crushed, any input?)

EMS: (already have everything on current setup)
Hondata s100b
720cc injectors
Walbro 255hp pump

Tranny:
Clutch (any ideas? running a CM stg. 3 now and i know that won't hold the powa)
LSD ...If i can afford it, otherwise it will wait..

Thats about it...looking for ~425whp

if the wastegate location were a little better, I think the 35mm will support that. If I remember, you had a twin-inlets style correct? I think it might work pretty well.
the Cast SideWinder for example will support as much power as you can throw at it with a 35mm wastegate simply BECAUSE of the wastegate location.

Just a couple recommendations from my personal experience. Ditch the blockguard, you're better without one than with one, second, 9:1 pistons, 8:5 will be too low with just a 1.6, you wouldn't like the spool times on that 61, and last, not sure about how much your hp goal is or how much boost you plan on running, but get something other than the dsm bov for 20psi runs.

Im kinda unsure about the whole blockguard thing too, i was just kinda following a setup that i think it was Jamal on here has, 8:5:1 stock sleeve b16a with an sc61 making 465whp...As for the bov im not sure how they work at high boost...I just can't stand my Bov now lol, way too loud...what about the metal bosch BOV's teh 996's run?

The DSM BOV's are crap at higher rpm and boost levels, they start to leak. Just spend the 200 bucks and get a greddy, you will be happier in the long run.

Money isn't the issue, i have a Proft (sheepdog) BOV that is designed for extremely high HP now...i just can't stand the loud annoying sound of most BOV's, especially the greddy.

Ive had the b16 for awhile and just decided to keep it...I can make the power i want with it so theres no need to change it...If i had a heavier car (integra or EK coupe) i'd prolly want a b18 but my car barely weighs 2200lbs as it is..Im happy with my numbers now on the stock engine 307whp/212wtq, car is fast as fawk, just want more...like usual

Why not get a a BOV that returns the air into the charge pipes Turbosmart do one I believe. I personally don't boost enough to get sick off the BOV sound...
