Default Crank Pulley Question

My friend has a 99 Accord with 100k. At idle we noticed a slight wobble in the crank pulley. Car runs fine with no odd noises.

Is this normal and what causes it??

Motor is a F23A1 or F23A2, can't remember which one, THANKS

Not a boost related question, but I hold the opinions of my fellow FI gurus higher than most
