Default could something have gone wrong?

well my brother is using my car to get around since im out of town. i told him to get new spark plugs and gap them to .30, well he forgot to gap them and just thought they came pre-gapped (bkr7e's #6097) and drove them for about 3 days. he said it idles pretty normal, doesnt misfire up top or anything out of the ordinary. can anything happen/go wrong if you drive around like that? b/c im sure not all of them are the same gap

the only adverse affect i can think of is spark blowing out. it wont cause damage to the car, but wont allow you to boost if its blowing out.
Might get a little off gas mileage and lumpy idle too.

Other then that, not a huge deal i dont think
