Default Considering buying an IB block, which of these two?

b18c w/ choice of pistons and rods, balanced, blueprinted, new oil pump, water pump, seals, bearings, etc for 3150 shipped....................OR..................... ..
1.8l b16 block w/ all of the above and sleeved for 3050 shipped.
From what i understand the b16 hs a slower piston speed=good breathing. Are there any draw backs to the 1.8l b16, will any changes need to be made to my gsr head?

Not a bad idea, I just knew there was nobody close to here I trusted to build my block. How much cheaper are they?
