Default compression test b16a low help

i have a b16a with 9:1 compresstion piston 84mm bore and eagle rods

just put the head on it. Wanted to do a compression check befor I put the motor in.

number came out 120,120,120,120

when add oil 120,120,150,150

any idea??

could it be because engine is cold?? should i put the motor in? yes the trottle was open

low numbers due to cold engine. proper warm up = proper compression numbers.
