ummm.....get a leakdown test. Find exactly where the problem is. Give us symptoms of the car i.e. smoke, loss of oil, ect ect....

well, first off i can still drive the car, the motor is a b18b1, stock internals, jrsc 6psi pully, the car is still fast, i was told when i got the jrsc put on my compression was OK< so im guessing about 160 per cylinder, i know its less than that now because the car has slowed down alot, what can i do to keep my compression up, what are the key elements in compression? sorry i dont know much about internals but im trying to learn

well what are your compression numbers?
How do you know your compression is gone?

http://www.c-speedracing.com --------> go to the garage section and lookup compression test

http://www.team-integra.net ----------> register and read all the tech articles.

http://www.bseries.net ----------> read articles

http://www.howstuffworks.com --------> learn a little bit about motors.

Theres a start for you.
