Could I use this compression calculator to rely on accurate numbers.

I would actually just use C-Speed's as I know it's accurate. The only problem with it is it does not count in compression height (you can just adjust the piston to deck to compensate tho). A stock GSR is at 10.0:1. C-Speed Compression Calculator
