compression ???
Sorry to ask redundant questions, but I am bad with some math...my machinist nicked my head pretty bad, he is going to take off about 2 thousandths...how much will that affect the compression?

A" bad nick" is a lot more than two thousands.A human hair is about 3-4 thousands.Anyway 2 thou is going to do virtually nothing to your ratio.

Just got back from the machine shop, it is almost to the minimum specs? How much will that affect the compression? It miced at .584 if that helps at all?
