Default Completely new to FI.

Well, story goes like this. I have a 97 CL2.2 with an F22B1 with 150,000 on the odo, and my original plans were for an H22A swap. but i've been hearing all this talk of how these engines' blocks are made of steel or iron, not aluminum, therefor making it a good engine to boost, plus the gains would be significant over a NA H22A setup. the only thing that concerns me is reliability of running FI on an engine that old. What are some precautions I can take, some things to focus on before I take the plunge into running boost. Building the bottom end, aftermarket internals? Or should I be good to go? Also, whats a general setup people run on these cars (which as I'm sure you know are the same as CD7 accords)
