good stuff. I'd also take a look at afi and full-race. They are also very good and well put together turbo kits. Of course you'll still need other things such as a clutch, injectors, fuel pump, ems, etc. 400whp is gonna be kind of hard to obtain on 91 octane and a stock block. If you want it to last I would shoot for a conservative tune and run somewhere around 300-325whp on pump gas.

i mean the block is stock for now but i am building it and i know alot about the motor thing but this is my first turbo build and want to make sure i have all the right parts to complete the job i dont want to buy a 3000 dollar kit and still have to buy a crap ton of more parts to finish my kit
Well like i said above...you can buy any of the kits listed above and get all you'll need turbo wise. But like i also said, you'll need a new clutch, injectors, fuel pump, ems, etc to run the turbo kit properly. But while the block is stock I wouldnt push past the limit i said above if you want it to last.
Yes, with those kits you'll get the turbo, intercooler, manifold, dp, bov, wg, dt, piping, clamps, oil fittings, etc. All you'll need in that aspect. And yes they are all 3 quality kits whichever way you choose to go.
