Default comp clutch solid hub issues???

i originally posted this in the tech/misc forum for feedback, but i wanted to ask some of you guys who might actually be running this setup and possibly have had same issues. here is my original post:
https://honda-tech.com/zero...19859

make a long story short, i have a damaged clutch that had only 1500 miles on it. it was a stage 4 competition clutch w regular pp and 6 puck unsprung disc. it took a **** early on me and i would like to know why and if anyone else has had this prob. i saw the clutch today, and the rivets literally popped out of the spline, so that the spline was completely removed from the disc itself! all the chatter that i had heard from my old unsprung hub, and the chatter i heard from the brand new clutch, could that have been the disc chattering up against the flywheel, causing premature wear on the surface and the rivets?? would a sprung disc take care of this?? like i said this clutch was brand new and there should be no reason for it to go like that. i mean i NEVER launch as is, let alone ride the clutch. i broke it in for about 700 miles, then continued to drive normally for about another 1000 miles, until now, and now its toast. i mean i was doing about 40 in 4th gear when it just popped out of gear and would no longer engage. does anyone have a clue?? im at a loss as to why this would happen so quickly

i will take pics and post them soon...
