ok i am rebuilding my motor with just a stock rebuild and stock head...... i am going to have ARP head studs and i am just wonderin what the best thickness head gasket i should run..... the turbo setup is running on 8psi daily drivin.....

Was the head milled at all when it was off?
As you probably know, the thicker the HG the lower the compression. If you had the head touched at all it will raise the compression. It's really not that much of a deal, but if it wasn't touched grab a stock unit (or tell them you want the stock thickness) and call it a day.

b18b1 already is low enough compression, just go with an OEM thickness or what ever gasket you need to keep your OEM CR.
