Default code 3 and running badly on turbo b18b integra

im only running 8psi on the wastegate spring. im running a basemap currently to get all the quirks fixed before tuning.

code 3 was not on before turbo install and the car is staying on, just idling badly and running rich. do i need a new map sensor?

ps-some ppl on hondatech said code 3 is map sensor wiring????

well theres a code 3 and 5. both for map sensor, i just check the vacuum diagram and its not run correctly to the port on the throttle body so im going to check that and see if its causing the problem.

anyone know if there is a difference between codes 3 and 5?
