code 20- electrical load detector
could the check engine light code 20 (electrical load detector) be from the resistor box not being wired in correctly? We checked the spark which we thought it could have been but spark was good... and fuel is getting to the fuel filter also... i searched but we all know how awesome the search function is right now
could possibly be the problem since i did have to get a new fuse block...that looks nothing like my eh2 fuse block but i will check into it further...
^ ELD will not make the car not start as EARL said. It just regulates the load on the alternator.
Is the fuel getting from the filter to the rail/fuel pressure regulator. I had this same issue where I had fuel getting to the filter but going into the rail I had like 5psi of fuel running through the rail. the way I checked to see if I was getting fuel to the rail is to pull the return line off the fuel pressure regulator if it sprays out you know you are getting fuel to the rail. I on the other hand found out I was out of gas and my fuel gauge was wrong lol.
Hope this helps!

well i know i was pretty much out of fuel because i didnt want it sitting for 5 months with 3 or 4 gallons of gas in it...i pretty much ran it dry when i put it away... i went to the gas station and bought a gallon and a half of gas and then put it in the tank before i tried to start it-turbojdmhatch on 2wheelhunters name
