code 14 is pissing me off
Ah yes, I know that code. First try taking the IACV, wrap the sensor part, and spray some car clean inside the mechanical parts (be generous w/ the carb cleaner). Sometimes they just get stuck over a period of time. If this doesn't work, then start with the electrical side as Danny suggested. If all else fails (as it did with me), then get ready to dish out some $$$ for a new one. Good luck!
i just got another one and it didnt wrok. im gonna try one of my friend's that i know for sure works. this one worked for about a minute or two without any problem then once the car warmed up it stopped working or something like taht who knows. bottom line it isnt working. im going to use a test light on the power source and then go from there

I need an LS one, i dunno if an R one will work but i know a GSR one wont, i had an extra.
Okay today i realized that if i pull down on the wires that go intot he clip it seems to make the IACV work. So i swapped otu the clip and soldered in a new oen and it seems to be working now but it throws the code? when i unplug it it idles really low, when its plguged in it idles normal but its still showing the code.
thoughts?
