Default Clutchnet stage 2

I'm going to be needing a clutch soon, i'm leaning towards the Clutchnet stage 2 Kit offered by importparts.com. I'm just wanting to get some feed back from anyone using this clutch on it's performance. Also, the kit comes with a clutch disk and pressure plate, does it come with the bearings also?

I´ve the clutch kit + bearing kit (which is extra) at home. I bought it, because I´ve not heard ANY bad things on this brand. I got it from Importparts too, but I have´nt installed it yet. Very good price!

What is the bearing kit for? I will be getting the CN stage2 pretty soon. Do I need one of those to put in my car?

You'll prolly want the bearing kit. You usally get 2 bearings one that goes in you flywheel, and the throwout bearing. This ones important because if it;s not in good working order then you'll be working your leg engaging and disengaging the clutch.....

If the release bearing breaks, then the clutch cannot be disengaged.

Rgarding the clutchnet, its VERY SOFT, and it engages almost near the top.
Just things to keep in mind in case thats not what you are looking for.

Yeah, the clutch feel is like stock, but the engagement point is at the damn top, takes getting used to.

250 ft/lbs.... so 400+ hp? that seems ot be about the ratio on the Honda 4 cylinders....

What stage Clutchnet is a 6 puck solid hub kevlar or Copper/ceramic? That's what I'm interested in?

Anyone have a link for clutchnet info and pricing?

You can adjust the engagement point.

how can you adjust the engagement point ?

i just installed the stage 2 on my brother's (type autox) LS....the pedal is like stock, nice engagement though, and it is at the top like everybody has said. He bought his from importparts as well.

to adjust crawl under your dash and losen the nut for the clutch master cylinder and turn the brass rod, do it in very small increments cause just a little makes a big difference.

i was looking at he cm stage 3 but its kinda pricey, the clutchnet is so tempting at this price though! i'm not sure about the 6 puk although it has springs. wish lived near someone that had it.

ben is the clutchnet stage one closer to the cm stage 3? seeing that it multi/full faced but solid instead of 6 puk?
