Default Cleaned engine bay....but something isnt right

I was bored so I decided to wash my car today, while at it I used some Foam Engine Brite to degrease the bay. Covered my battery and distributor. My engine bay looks a whole lot better. Well I had work soon so I decided to leave and Inoticed that my car is misfiring and/or bogging at around 2-3k. I dont have time right now to check out whats wrong until I get home, but if you guys know or have any ideas, that would be great. Thanks Steve

try pulling your plug wires out of the head and see if any moisture or anything is in there. I had that problem one time after I cleaned my engine bay.

yeah you got moisture down in the plug wires i bet...let them dry out and it should be ok...next time spray the cleaner on a rag and whipe rather then spraying on the motor and whiping it off

Remove the distributor cap, and look in there. I'd say 4/5 times I wash my engine bay a little bit of moisture gets in there & does exactly what you're describing. Usually it's fine if I let it air out for 5-10 mins...but if you don't remove the cap fully it can stay wet for over 48 hours (hehe, trust me on this). Also what the other guys about the plug wires sounds good to check too.
