I just bought a civic size radiator (PWR) and I'm trying to find out how to install it. I have searched and didn't find anything related to this. Need help asap. Any help appreciated.

 

Cut and reweld one of your mounts. I didnt do the work myself but my local shop did it and said it was pretty simple. I didn't need new hoses or anything. I taped my PWR for a return coolant line for the turbo.

 

If you are running a ramhorn cut off both mounts and position them so the radiator sits all whe way against the passenger side headlight to make room for the downpipe and dumptube

 

Thanks for the info guys, I didn't think that it would have been anything too complicated. The only other issue I noticed was that with the stock mount inserts, the radiator sits a litte too high, is there another insert I'm supposed to use or do I cut the stock inserts? Thanks!!!

i used a stock Civic SI radiator and a little persistance to get it to fit...i'm pretty much amazing though

 

sp00led, if you didn't cut/remove the mount to relocate it than how did you do it? And Schister66, I also understand that you used a civic SI radiator for yours but, that doesn't really answer my question.
