whats up. well iam trying to run a turbo on my 91 civic hb. the block has eagle rods, weisco pistons and rings, acl race bearing, all arp studs. The head has been port polished. it has skunk2 valves, v springs and retainers. its been bored out .040 over. the compression is at 9:1. Iam wondering how much boost can i put on the block with 91 octane. without really killing my mpg. 25 and better is enough. and how would go about doing it without being really cheap and to outragious with part quality and realibility.
