So i have a fully built LS Vtec motor. Im getting rid of my GT40 Blowzilla for either a 6262 or a 6265...I am trying to make 600-650whp and I was wondering which turbo I should go with, and if i should go with 63 or 82A/R...Help me out here people, ya'll are the experts!

 

While I can't back my gut suggestion with anything substantial, what about a GT3076R

Then again what's your bottom and and stuff?

6262 will spool a little better and obtain 600-650 no problem.
You can also go with a STC Reaper from Theshodan
The gt3076r will be worked pretty hard for that power level.
The new GTX3576r is a great combination of wheels also

Witha p trim 74mm exhaust wheel you should be able to utilize a .63 turbine housing if the turbo you pick allows it.
you can go .63 on other turbos will be a little back pressure but not to bad. I have a .82 housing with p trim wheel on my car and i see 20 psi around 4500 on a stroked gsr

i would go with a GTX series but its out of my price range...looking to spend in the 800-900 range thats why im loooking at the 62 series from Precision
