Default Cast piston power limit on E85?

Hello guys,
I was wondering what you guys usually push cast pistons to, using E85?
Specifically non-vtec cast pistons.

have personally seen them go as high as 440whp on e85. that was on a gsr. if you have an LS you'll probably break a rod before the piston goes provided you don't have some crazy tune that provides detonation.

detonation and cylinder heat are how you kill cast pistons. run lean or detonate under boost and they are done

LS pistons have weak ringlands and don't like timing. 300-325 is a safe amount on pump gas and can't imagine much more on e85

We've had them as far as 500whp on 93 octane. Nippon Racing cast PR4's in an LSVTEC.

With E85, I'm betting they'll go further.

The Nippons are similar to the stock pistons but im pretty sure they have thicker ringlands
