If I put a turbo on my EM civic but use the piping from the cold air intake what is a cop going to say about being carb exempt or not? I mean technically it has the sticker. Or can I just peel that off and put it on the new piping? There are no turbos for this car let alone legal ones, just wondering is all.

And yes I know this is a stupid question but I'm just killing time waiting for class to start AT 5 O'CLOCK AT NIGHT!!! stupid class.
