Ok finished my rebuild just added oil and coolant. Tryed to start it up and first try it backfired just a loud pop. Noticed the I put the plug wires on wrong on the dist. so I fixed that
. Double checked every thing. V-Afc hack settings are -35 all the way across. V-Afc worked prior to the rebuild and I didnt touch anything on that. Check all the timming every thing lines up great. Used a rachet and cranked it a few turns with that. Then we put the key in and tryed to start it. It just cranks and cranks and cranks but will not turn the engine over. Fuel Press. guage on the rail is reading little under 50. So tonight I put it on the battery charger and am hoping to figure this problem tomarrow any help would be apperciated.
Would mixing up the sensors on the manifold cause this or a vaccum leak? Havetn checked the sensors yet but I dont think a vaccum leak would cause it not to turn over.

Doesnt sould like youre getting spark.
Have someone try to start it and hold one of the sparkplug boots just above the plug (1/4" away). If you hear it sparking you've got ignition.
Thats how I found I had the two wires going to my Accel ignition backward. No spark when trying to start.
