Default Car won't Start

Ok, Info, Car was starting before, didn't change anything.

Battery Volts Via Gauge 12.1 on start up, I have even tryed to start it with being jumped
Car is getting fuel 44 psi via fuel gauge and i can hear the pump walbro 255
Car is getting air, via boost gauge, and it almost starts

It cranks and sometimes shots exahust to not start

Replaced, NEW DIZZY and Ign
NEW MSD BLASTER 2 COIL

Did the spark plug trick, plugs have gas on them, getting fuel, took a plug out and put it on my block, getting alot of spark.

So i'm thinking starter, I try to bump start it / push start in 2nd, NOTHING
I went down my hill and back (great workout pushing your car uphill alone)
2 people push start still nothing. Tried like 10 times.

I have replaced the main relay as well, i tryed 4 different ones, the car cranks and turns over, just won't start.

I dont have a huge amount of experience with boosted cars but this doesnt sound like a starter problem. if you're getting fuel and spark have you checked your timing? I like your valve cover btw...

You need three things to start...

CONSTANT fuel, spark and compression...

1st, take some starting fluid (or carb clean) and spray it in the throttle body (open) for 2 seconds and try to start the car. If it starts for a second and dies...you have a fuel problem.

If it doesnt start at all...you most likely have a spark problem. If sometimes the car backfires, most likely you are out of time (or cam has jumped teeth).

Lastly, check that you have compression.

If the car cranks over...the starter is not your problem.

is that a recent pic?

it sounds to me like you're not getting spark at the correct time.

Check four things:

Spark, Fuel, Timing, and Compression.

If you have all four of those things, it should at least try to run.

Comp should be good, motor was just rebuild a week ago, ran strong a week ago

ITs just about to turn over, like 1 second before the car starts and it just stays like that

It sounds like timing to me.

That's a big SHOULD. You don't know what happened. Maybe something went wrong in that rebuild.

This sounds like an issue i had a few weeks ago. I was running a customer's car at the track for him and as soon as i shifted into 2nd the car just took a ****, lost all power, and barely made it to the end of the track before cutting off. We checked everything...fuel good, spark good, compression good, cam timing good, etc. Turned out to be the rotor button in the dizzy had cracked and shifted throwing spark timing way off. It was getting spark, but apparantely not at the right time.

not likely. they only go on one way. someone would have had to remove the teeth that go in the cam and flipped them.

OP, you should confirm all of the other things people have been talking about. compression, timing, etc.

have you check all of your plug wires to see if they're in the right firing order?.

They are the same as my 1993 dx hatch

1,3,4,2 starting at the lower left of the distributor cap and rotating clockwise. the cylinders are numbered 4,3,2,1 left to right. right

i thought that was the case as well, but it's not
