Default Car hesitating/studdering

ever since i got my car tuned it has been studdering/hesitating. When i first start the car up and drive it, it drives and boosts smoothly the first ~10mins of driving...as the car warms up more it gets worse and worse. Low rpms are fine and the car idles fine. From ~4000-~5500rpms the car studders and hesitates excessively then clears up and goes into boost. It doesn't do this all the time and never when the car is cold...

Aren't you using DSM injectors? If so that might be the issue too. I remember your car ran really well when it was tuned.

yea...well originally my 550's were the cause of all the problems so we threw in some 450's as a last attempt to tune the car, it ran fine with them and we street tuned for about 2 hours the nite before the dyno with no problems...

I had the same problem, I was running stock plugs and the gap was huge!! Check the gap on the plugs, aern't the -11's gapped pretty large? Also, my ignition was retarded too much. Try checking those. BTW I have the smc 500 and dsm injectors.

i've got NGK 5671-7A gapped at .028 i had 5671-A8 and changed to a hotter plug because i thought that was the problem. the car will not stay at a constant rpm nor will it stay at a constant driving speed under non boost conditions.
any suggestions would benefit everyone having the same problems here. thanks

sounds like an 02 sensor related problem. Unplug the o2 sensor and the car will run in open loop mode all the time like it does when the engine is cold.

My car did same thing. did nt do it be I got it tuned. Well it was tuned and running fine but missing up top so I wanted more boost and re tuned. After 3/5 hours dyno time. I t made more power with conservative settings but in ANY GEAR as long as i wasnt wot it would stutter like a bitch from 4800 to 5800. Its obvioulsly tuning and or ignition.
