Can someone interpret this compressor map for me?

Default Can someone interpret this compressor map for me?

Im just wondering the max HP this turbo could make on a b16 and max efficiency.

Turbo is garrett gt32 52 cold side 78 hot side

I wouldnt mind a link on how to understand these either

i would say ~350whp on a b16 but im not very good at reading those charts

looks to be most efficient from 200-350 hp

That smallest shape is an efficiency island, the entire area inside that shape is where it is most efficient.

100lb/m = ~ 100hp worth of air...(very rough estimate)

Pressure ratio = atmopsheric pressure + boost pressure / atmo pressure

compressor maps are only used to make estimations there are a ton of other variables.

correct me if i'm wrong on any of this

sounds about right, from what i understand. im not too sure about the 100lb/min=100hp thing, but most people go from around there i guess, depending...i would also say around 250-300, give or take
