Default can i use a vtec ecu with a non-vtec engine

Im too tired right now and cant think. But....right now i have a LS/VTEC turbo setup with a spun bearing. So ive got a perfectly good B20 that im gonna drop in while i build a motor. So can i just use my P06 chipped for vtec for use with my non-vtec motor. or do i have to find a non-vtec ecu? This is on Come btw.
