i've got a 2000 si with an obd2 ls engine. im running the AFC hack on an obd1 ls ecu right now but i was just borrowing it and my friend needs it back. can i do the AFC hack with my b16 ecu on the ls motor? i dont care if im gonna get check engine lights... as long as it runs till i have money to buy an LS ecu.

 

I wouldn't boost on it. If you were NA, you could limp it like that, in the strictest sense of the word.

 

you'll throw a check engine for the vtec sensors that are missing....why don't you just buy an LS ecu??

 

cuz i never thought my friend would need his old LS ecu back. but now that he does need it i wanna know if i can boost on my Si ecu. i just wanna know if its possible and i wont blow **** up
