C1 + C5 = +/- ???
so i've got this b18c1 complete conversion sittin in my basement for the winter.
i'm considering all my options, and today pondered a new possibility...acquiring a b18c5 head for it.
i'm assuming the better flowing head would be better for boost. i'd prolly keep the gsr cams, but do titanium retainers and valve springs. would this be an ideal setup? would i be better off just keeping the c1 head?
i've got a skunk2 intake manifold. should i sell it and get a jg manifold if i do this?
i'm planning an obd2/obd1 conversion w/ a p28 ecu and a hondata s200.
planning to run 6psi on the street...i'm an autocrosser, not a dragger.
where should i begin my project?'
thanks!

bennaayyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
sup mang.
i'd say if you already have the skunk2 manifold for the gsr head, why not just go with it? especially if you were going to keep the gsr cams........might as well stick with what's already there. 'sides, we'll be a little more equal that way and we can race next summer (if/when i get leave from tech school )

Re: C1 + C5 = +/- ??? (zoomintegra)
if c5 is too rich for your pocket....go with the b16a and have it mildly ported, and change out the valves and what not, and voula a b16a with the same specs and combustion chamber as the R...
c1 just has a smaller chamber...if you do that, sell me the c1 head...im in the market for one!!!! and i can pick it up, im in michigan hehe
