Default Burned injectors

I got some RC 440 injectors, but their burned to a chrisp. Is there anywhere I can get these rebuilt for like 100 bucks? They were on a car that caught on fire, and all the pastic and stuff melted on the injectos.

Let me give you some advise before you start your building.

Do it right the 1st time. For the cheap price of injectors there is no reason to reuse them. Trust me you want your fuel system to be reliable and using rebuilt injectors that were in a fire I would not consider reliable.

You should be able to find some DSM 450 for less then 100 with resister box. Those will work perfectly fine. Get them flow tested and move on.

Thats what I wanted to do, I wanted to get some DSM injectors but I heard people say that they were not good and the idle would be horrible. So I figured there shouldnt be a problem with Rc's and since I already had some I thought I would fix them. But honestly, I dont see these things getting fixed. Do you have any experience with DSM injectors on your setup?

the people that are telling you the idle will be horrible are just morons. Dsm injectors are only 450cc, and a good tuner can get 1000cc+ injectors to idle good.

Dsm injectors are so cheap, dont mess with the burnt up RC ones, just get another set.

im sure you can search and look through the 1000s of posts with setups using dsm injectors and them working 100% fine.

I will warn you though, besides the money, there no reason you couldnt get larger injectors, in case you ever wanted more out of your setup...

I ran the DSM's on many setups with no idle problems. If people cant get them to idle correctly dont let them tune your car.

Good luck with the build

If it goes that far, I'd rather have shitty idle, than use burnt up injectors.
Seriously, you really bought burnt up injectors for your car?

Didnt buy the injectors, my friend had a turbo Type S, and the car caught on fire. So I thought I could salvage the Rc's
