Just because your valve isnt bent doesnt mean it isnt chipping away at a corner. Who knows, you could be lucky, degreeing them in will definitely yield some extra power since you didnt degree them in the first place, so you will likely correct any alignment problems with the cams by doing that.

Gotcha I will definatley have the tuner do that. Yeah these 402t suck for n/a it seems like there is no.scavaging going on up top. Then again 9:1 compression, stock ls computer, and gapped header and ls tranny are prob all working agiant each other. In n/a form this setup is as fast as a tuned Gsr with profab header in a ef. Ill post up a pic of my block and the sleeves cause I'm bored

This is my Crx at the famous 7th street in Oakland where Bay Area Racing gets down.

My phone is acting up but if I'm correct the wagovan ef is on the out side I'm in the middle and I'm racing a 07 Duramax with 4 inch dp /exhaust and tuned on a few more lbs of boost.

This is what happens from a dig against an AWD truck with 700ft lbs. Weight does not matter here. I had significant wheel hop back then dialed 70% of it out now.

It probably runs OK, but you will VERY LIKELY pick up a bit of power from degreeing the cams.

I think you are 100% correct. I will leave that to the profesionals aka the timers. But yeah this weekend I'm going to try and tackle this turbo kit I've been putting the braided lines together and getting the bov and wastegate clamped down on the charge pipes and exhaust mani. The little **** to speed it up

So yesterday morning I threw a check engine light for the first time and I thought the car was just glitching so I turned the car off and turned it back on, no code. But the car did seem to be losing vaccum when I would come to a stop the idle would drop to 400-500 and come back to 700-800. Didn't think much of it.aged in the day around 3pm I come out of the store and go to reconnect my jumper harness(keep thieves guessing) and turn the car on and its missing bad. I pull over and pull each cylinders spark plugs and realize cylinder #2 wires are making spark but the cylinder is dead no change in engine with the wire connected or disconnected.

Compression came back 120 120 120 120 its a low compression engine so the cylinders shouldn't be messed up, I put all new plugs and no change the cylinder is dead.

I'm thinking either weak spark or no fuel, I am running obd0 original crx si injectors for the time being. I wonder if one is clogged or just not firing I always run 91 Oct but I do run the car on low reserve at least once a week

The misfire ended up being a loose wire in the dizzy.

Anyway I got tuned on 16lbs progressive(6psi of the wastegate and the rest from the boost controller)

and the results areeee 379whp/310ft lbs

I cant wait to retune in July on 25psi! Hopfully she has enough fuel to boost tat hight but Lightning teg thinks 20psi/450whp/e85/1000cc injectors will be the max and i think he might be correct. Ill post a pic if anyone is still active on this thread

my B20 vtec hit the dyno last week, not trying to derail the thread but I made 300whp and 305 lbs of tq on 8 psi on a fully built motor.

I have the printout ill take a pic in the morning.

Thid92 I'm VERY interested to see the dyno graph of your setup and also if you could pm or post your setup that would be great I have never seen a build that makes more torque than hp Vtec. The only way I could think would be very quick spooling turbo that hits full boost well before 5200rpm and makes peak power early in the rpms and drops off slightly after 5200rpm
