Default Building a h22 bottom end

I have a 2001 prelude that has been turboed for about 5-6 months runnin about 8psi daily on the stock bottom end... Its come time where now I want to build up the motor... I am still kinda new to this but what exactly parts wise do I need to build a solid motor capable of handling some good power... And what kind of cost will be involved for parts and labor to do so... Thanks
