Default building b16 for FI

i want to buy supertech valves, springs, retainers, and ls integra cam shafts. i was wondering if this combo would be any good for a turbo motor also am i better off buying oversized valves for FI. im gonna go with a precision turbo and i want to drop my compression to 9:1 and i want to boost around 15-20psi so any info or suggestions u guys can give me will help. i have searched but dont think i have enough info thanx again.

i would just use stock sized vales and save some money and get sleeves and good rods and pistons (im going cp and manley in my b16a)

make sure u invest in a good ems or all these parts are worthless

I would worry about getting the block all built and set up to hold that kind of boost before i worry about the head. You are going to need a heavy duty set of rods, Crower Pro-Billet ect., and a set of good forged pistons. When you start doing the head it looks like your setup would work good. I would also start to get all of your engine and boost management all set up.

yea im gonna do it all at once and i only have an idea on what to do with the head. After that im gonna go to the block and then work on ems but thanx for your input so far.

Make a horsepower goal, not a useless boost goal.

i would shoot for more if your building it, if not, just bore to 81.5 and just do rods and pistons and you should be fine. I wouldnt worry about the head

You arn't going to need 20 psi to hit 350 WHP, and you don't need to sleeve the motor either. I agree with chemist, new pistons and rods and you're good to go.

Why do you need to bump this? Your question has been answered, and you can search and find DOZENS of other examples posted.

I think you should boost it with the stock block/head first, maybe lower the compression a tad bit to be safe, go for about 300whp, then worry about building it later. Baby steps...

You do not need sleeves.

For 350whp, i would use the stock valvetrain, get a block gaurd, JE pistons and a set of Eagle rods. Standard Eagle rods are good for 15psi and with good tuning and an efficient turbo setup, 350whp and great reliability can be easily had with the factory valvetrain. Good tuning can go a long way for reliable power.
