if i put stock bore ls pistons in my b16a2 it would give me a compression ratio of 8.5846846
with stock rods with a good tune would it be safe to run 15lbs of boost please dont flame just askin

leave the stock b16 pistons and go to town. an 8.5:1 b16 is gonna be very sluggish off boost and take forever to spool a turbo.

i agree with silver ek3dr leave the pistons just turbo it and get a good tune.

Sure, if it was a D Series engine. You can go up to 10-12 lbs. with out a problem. Maybe higher if you have a GOOD tune.
