Brake pads...which do you prefer?
Just want to hear some testimonials about brake pads from different manufacturers. Who do you use? Any products to steer clear from?

Alot of people here use porterfield and/or hawk. Never heard anything bad about them. Dont use EBC, they warped my friends Stillen Supra rotors in 1 month.
I use VGX metallic pads from Summit Racing, they are made by Qualitee co.
They stop way better than stock, have virtually no dust and dont warp rotors.
They come with hardware, silencers and lubricants. They are cheap too like $29 and last long. My friend with the supra rotors is going with these pads next.
OT: I have aquired a bottle of ATE super blue racing and wanted to know if anyone knew of any negative side effects whatsoever before i put it in.
Edit: oh yea btw I have quickly outgrown my brake set up since turning up the boost....new calipers are next...

I'm running AEM/Nissin front and back. I like them wayyy better than the Raybestos crap ones from Kragen I was running before. The Raybestos have a lifetime warranty, but it seems like they're worse than stock when it comes to braking.

I'm not sure about anything else but I have had endless pads on my car since I bought it 18 months ago. They work good and last but are a bit expensive. IMO I think they are worth it.
