Bout fkn time...
After having the civic for a year... running into stupid lil problems here n there. de-boosting it for a while, then changing the setup like 3 times... I FINALLY made it to the dyno to get tuned. Mandy from JP Tuning here in south florida was behind the laptop and the car was tuned on crome.
disregard the a/f because tuner tuned off my wideband (i think they're wasn't reading right)
first couple pulls were right off the wastegate. didn't get a sheet but it made 306whp @ ~8psi.
375whp/267tq @ 14psi on pump gas
511whp/358tq @ ~23psi on C16
here's the car and setup:
81.5mm Darton Sleeved GSR
JE 9:1 Pistons
Eagle Rods
Eagle Crank (stock stroke)
ARP Headstuds
Omni Power Valves
Rocket Motorsports Gen II Springs and Retainers
JG VictorX Intake Manifold
Precision 880cc Injectors
Aeromotive FPR
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
3” Exhaust w/ Magnaflow Muffler
ACT XTR6 clutch and flywheel
Arizona Forced Induction Turbo Manifold
3" Downpipe
PTE SC6152E
TurboSmart 38mm Ultra-Gate Wastegate
2" pre i/c and 2.5" post i/c aluminum piping
Precision AS 1026 Intercooler (31.5x11x3.5)
Crome
now I need to get some seat time at the track. i can't drive worth a damn.

thanks. that's exactly why i did the car. i don't street race at all. so the only place worthwhile to take it is the track. i def need seat time period. last time i been to the track was in a sub 300whp car almost a year ago

wow, looks really nice, definately interested in the times
one question, how are spool times? i have pretty much the EXACT same setup, except 10:1 pistons, and im very curious/concerned about spool times with this turbo, and your graph is in mph, so DOH!!
anyways looks great, get out there and run that beast!!

spool times aren't that bad and the power comes on fast. i get full boost around 5-5500rpm or so. on the dyno it was only revving to about 8000.

im sorry, full boost being... 14psi, or the 23psi? im only planning to run about 16-18psi max because of my compression, but i guess when you say fast, theres really no difference in full spool between the 14/23 psi??
and whyd you stop at 8k!?!

yeah sorry i didn't clarify... i could barely tell the diff between going to 14 or 23. when u floor it on the dyno it builds ~5or so psi by 3500-4000 then by 4500-5000 it's on it's way up hard to 14 and stops about 5000-5500. 20+psi comes on just as fast. really hard to tell the difference. at most maybe 500 rpm more.

CONGRATS HOMIE ! ! ! I'm glad that monster finally has some numbers. I guess you beat me to it and got your car dyno'ed in first. Mine should be out soon son but I kept it realizer with the SOHC OF DEATH - .
Wuzzup with those "Real Wheels" you got there ? How much ? 2k w/o tires ?
Good Day,
RH.
PS. IMO I think you should go a little bigger on the pre i/c pipe but in all the sohc is still faster even if its on jack stands - haha - I kid I kid.

Re: Bout fkn time... (M.A.R.C.)
Almost tempted to go VTEC im liking those numbers... im thinkin turbo LS could do it if i built it but it sure doesnt get the respect a VTEC motor does.
