Default Which bottom end would be best?

I've built my head already:
JDM B16A head W/ DPR blueprinted ITR intake valves and Ferrea SS exhaust valves. DPR Dual valve springs. Ported, polished and matched everything. CTR cams. Skunk 2 cam gears.
I was anticapating building a sleeved(84.5mm) LS/VTEC turbo, but everytime I think about it Im not sure if the benefits out weight the costs. Just so many extra things you have to do to accomodate the LS block for "duty" (girdle, oil pump, making sure that all the machine work is to spec and PERFECT). Should I just sleeve a GSR block.
Any feelings on this...

I'm a fan of the boosted b20/vtec and have just started my buildup of one. There is a lot of little work involved in this setup, but the HP and TQ gains are very much worth it.
