Default Borg Warner s362/366 Owners

Im looking into picking one up to complete my top mount set up. If somebody has this turbo with a t3 housing, and could kindly take some measurements for me, and or pictures. Im just trying to gauge clearance issues. This would be much appreciated.

thanks in advance.

Im mostly concerned about the compressor housing clearing the wastegate runner.

Looks like the compressor cover is going to hit the wastegate runner. The angle of your pic might be deceiving me but it looks like you're going to have a ton of clearance issues.

Here are a few pics if they'll help.

making a downpipe for that is gonna be tough, or atleast it appears in the picture to be, also the compressor cover on an s366 is a little over an inch larger than a "S" cover from garret, so i would try to fit one of those on there first

Yes, the compressor cover is over 8" in diameter, it is going to be a tough fit regardless. Even in the T3

Thanks for the Replys. A buddy of mine made it up. He`s had garrett turbos fit on here, just not borgs.

Might be a long shot, but if anyone from the Toronto has one of these, i`ll make it worth your time and bring by the manifold to mock it up.

I also see they are available in a 7 in. compressor housing. This may be another options, although i perfer the performance gains and look of a big snail.
