Bore Seals for 450cc injectors

well when you buy a dremel it usually comes with a kit that would have all types of attachments. and for sanding it would have a small drum and a large drum. the larger one is a perfect fit. be sure to use a finer grit sandpaper drum or you might tear the o-ring
I learned this the hard way, but make sure that you only bore about half-way through the seal. otherwise itll be too big, leak, and cause all kinds of headaches.

if i bore it halfway,wont it be hard to get the seal on?

i used a metal grinder, you know the long thing with grooves...and taped the 4 civic seals together....then i just put it on my knee and went to work...it took a little while, about 20min, but i kept just doing it little by little, so that i never went too big 

I tried boring it out w/ the bit that is a perfect fit, but it was hard to keep it steady even w/ the seals in the intake mani, seals turned out too big, what I did instead was used the small sanding bit and worked my way around the seal sanding a little at a time. I kept test fitting the seal and injectors in the mani until it was a perfect fit, nearly impossible to ruin the seal if you take your time. Get what I'm saying??
