boosting questions
K here is the setup I'm going to be running
b18c1
Crower Dual Spring Valve Springs
Crower Titanium retainers
Crower Stainless Steel Valves (should I go stock, .5mm over, or 1mm over)
Crower 4340 Steel Billet Connecting Rods
Je Pistons (should I go with 9:1 compression pistons or 10:1)
Revhard Stage 2c turbo kit 9-12 psi
84 mm bore
headgasket (should I go with oem or aftermarket copper headgasket)
fuel injectors (what size would be good to get)
fuel rail (stock or 1mm bore over)
honda data s200
now my questiosn are listed above but here is what i really need to know. Can I run 10:1 pistons with 12 psi of bost and have no problems or should I run 9:1 pistons with 12 psi? will I lose that much horsepower if I go with 9:1? If I go with 10:1 pistons will my headgasket blow often? What if I go with 9:1 will I have the same problems? Please help me I'm almost done and getting ready to buy and throw this all together and put my b18c1 back in the civic.
Thanks in advance
DEF
ps if anyone has an email and wants to talk more with me about this please let me know.

Re: boosting questions (deftones0817)
Of course you can man...You could run quite a bit more than that even. I run 15lbs everyday on the street. I dont even have a standalone... I use 440cc injectors, 255 walbro fuel pump, FMU, SAFC and a missing link to do my fuel. If you have hondata or AEM EMS. You will be a lot better off. I dont even have a built motor...just an Inline Pro headgasket that drops compression to 9:1 with stock internals. On race gas I run more boost than 15lbs. I would stay at or around that if you dont have a standalone to control timing like you would want to.
