Default boosting problem

i have a t25, smic, dsm injectors, resistor box, safc. The car sometimes pulls back and kinda stumble when around 3000 to about 4000. I have 2 step colder spark plugs and i tried replacing the spark plug wires also. Could it be my timing? thanks.

Sounds like a fuel problem, try adjusting your fuel with your AFC at those RPMs

guys i haven an even bigger problem. Today when i was driving i noticed my bov sounded different and my turbo wasn't spoolin. I pulled off to the side of the road and poped the hood. Reved it a little and saw white smoke just pouring out. I do have a kink in my pil drain line. Could the oil be getting held up and making the white smoke? I was thinking it could be my seals on my turbo that are gone or my headgasket. any ideas?
