Default Boosting on a Carberated engine

Ok, say you wanted to lightly turbo a carb fed engine (this could be a car or a motorcycle engine)
Since you dont have fuel maps and electronics to mess with (unless I am mistaken) the carb will throw more fuel in automatically as boost increases, providing that the flow throuh the carb does not exceed the max fuel flow potential. (please correct me if I am wrong)
I think it would be nice to do a certrifugal set up (belt driven) or possibly turbo depending on the vehicle, and of corse intercool it.
My concern is:what problems will I run into forcing air through a carb (instead of suching air/fuel under n/a conditions)

Another concern would be retarding the timing. would it just have to be set there, or is there a good way to have it retard as boost increases through low tech means.

Also, what do you think of a after carb injector that would kick in when boost was detected to keep from going lean?

thanks to anyone who wishes to join this discusion...

look at getting a blow through carb. The mustang guys use it with great success. just do some reasearch on it.
