Boosted Nissan
Hi...my name is Manny
This is the 1st forum I have been to that doesn't have a newbie section. I'm a newbie to this forum but not a newbie to the performance scene. Dave (VTC_resurected_CiViC) encouraged me to sign up to this forum....
I drive a 92' Nissan SE-R (b13).
SR20DE+T
T3/T04E (.60 front, .82 back, Stage 3 Wheel)
JWT S4 Cams
JWT ECU + SAFC2
MSD SCI + Blaster 2 Coil
Hybrid IC
...and some more goodies (stock internals tho)
Here are some piks (old piks)...

Re: Boosted Nissan (GITWIDIT)
This is an old dyno sheet. This dyno run was made on 10 psi. I could of gone a lot more boost but was having difficulties with the a/f at the time. I finally got around getting a SAFC2 and getting it tuned by Dave (VTC...) on his wideband. Hopefully, next time I hit the dyno, more boost should be available 360-380 WHP & 300-320 TQ should be a walk in the park at 16-17 psi. The TQ should dramically jump once I boost past 12 psi because this turbo doesn't reach its 78% efficiency island till then Enjoy and feel free to comment....

Nope...SR20Dedicated or shall I say Nissan Dedicated Dave can justify my answer
I'm just open minded and like to learn new things from a different world.

Not a big track fan...One thing about the Ol' Skool SE-Rs...they have extrememly weak transmissions. It is my daily driver so I don't like to push its limits too often. Anyways...its a nice 2 hour drive to the closest 1/4 mile track from Miami. However, on the SR20forum.com, other forum members with basically the same mods have netted high 11s/ mid 12s ranging from 115MPH-125MPH.

Thats cool, I asked b/c of the wheel tire/combo on the front....figured they're drag radials or something.

i think he was having trouble that day at the dyno, something with his jim wiesel.... i mean jim wolf ecu, i think he stated that he got it taken care of via afc and wideband

Re: Boosted Nissan (KwikEG)
that's not really too lean..my friend was hitting fuel cut (misfiring and 15:1 a/f ratio) for over a month on an every day..his comp was perfect, zero leakdown. sr20det's are built to take it

sweet man. I am about to start on my brother nissan ser this spring. It has JDM sr20de in it and we are just now throwing the turbo on it. He has had that car forever, and that swap was one of the first JDM swaps done in the area. Imagine that LOL. I will post some pics, it was in a european magazine too which was kinda cool. I like the setup, we aren't going anything that wild but it should be fun. He did have a 125 shot of nitrous on it, tuned by the guys at merrick and fair and he ran 8.1 in the 1/8th which isn't too shabby.

throw a b15/p11 SR20 trans on there. they are much stronger than the b13/14/p10 SR trans
