Default boosted civic/B20b question

Sup fella's.

To the tech's:

A pal has a boosted B20b swap in his coupe, OBD-1.

Anyway he has a fuel gap at around 4000 rpm. He has a jackson racing pump, vortech sfmu, accel 310's, but has the 1.5 nonvtec ecu running it, motor is cmpletley stock. His base fuel pressure is 60psi and the pump is capable of feeding it lots of fuel, but with a voltmeter hooked up to the O2 sensor the volt reading is around 0, when I think it should be up around 0.9v for a decent mixture, not to lean, not to rich. He thinks that the 1.5l ecu may just not be feeding it enough fuel even with all the fuel upgrades. Could switching to an Ls or CRV ecu be the simple fix here?

310s with a 12:1 seems like A LOT of fuel to me...

Well the Jackson fuel pump is just a rebadged walbro intank pump. You are not getting any fuel past 90psi. Get an inline..
