i got a 95 prelude bb4 and i want to boost it. I have couple questions

The size of the fmic is 28x7x2.5

How do many of you guys make this intercooler fit? any cutting involved in the bumper reinforcement bar? Also i took a look and i think i might have to feed the power steering cooling lines behind the latch bar

Last question is i know its not psi that matters its hp, how much hp am i safe on stock internals...i heard 300hp is the limit is this true?
