Default Boosted b16 ... low numbers?

Hi all I live in Jamaica and i use the search tool.
From my research i see ppl hitting 250 whp stock b16 easily.
Well i wanted that so i went shopping:
B16 stock engine great mileage.
P30 chipped ecu
DSM 450 injectors
Fab cast iron manifold(no leaks)
Garrett .48 hot side, .60 cold new turbo
spearco 2.5 in and out intercooler
tial 38mm wastegate with 7psi spring and dump tube
2.5 intercooler piping ... mandrel
stock throttle, and intake mani
2.5 down pipe to exhaust str8 pipe
hks blow off valve
walbro 255 in tank
8lb flywheel - forgot brand i think its clutchmasters or ACT

Any how got the best honda tuner and went to the dyno, after all is said and done i got 205 whp.
Things to note, our highest pump octane is 90, we have access to E-85 and c12 or 19 i forget but we tuned on pump gas as its my DD.
Are my numbers sensible?
i mean i so expected 250whp on the 7psi.

Thanx

mustang dyno is the reason. on a dynojet you would prob have around 230whp

well the car does run splendidly.
I just want more power to get high 12's or low 13's
so ima go 12lb boost
ctr cams and .... supertech valvetrain.
that should be easy 310 whp
right?
