I plan on picking up a damaged 84mm block for a reasonable price. It needs to be bored out to 84.5 which is pushing it in a boosted app. Im just wondering how unsafe is it? and if for some reason it needed to go more would 85mm be possible?

 

It will work, I have seen 85mm+ with more HP then you know what to do with, it held fine.
