To boost or not to boost?
Well I sold my ls/vtec turbo in order to get a new gsr. Dont ask me why I did it but I just got tired of not having a car that ran and idled good and has a working a/c (I live in the desert so a/c is a must). Now that I have the gsr I am left to debate whether or not to add a supercharger to a brand new and fresh engine. The car is brand new and only has 3500 miles on it. I also bought an extended warranty like an idiot. Give me your opinions and options as to what I should do with this new car. Should I just leave it alone or boost the bitch. If I do modify it what should I do about the warranty. Someone please talk some sense into me.
I have nothing against s/c, but why not boost it with a turbo kit? I have heard of some really nice turbo'd B18C1's out there. Plus, the turbo forum is full of turbo'd GSR's so you could get as much input as you needed. TURBO!!!!!
I would boost it also. Do you guyz happen to know if boosting on a brand new 01 gsr with only 3500 miles be okay?? First oil change... Which oil should I go with and the weight of it? Mobil 1 Tri synthetic 10w30?? For N/A and Turbo. Or any suggestions?

Warranty? What is that?

Turbo..
Now pick up the phone and call ben and have one delivered this saturday.
Well I guess your right. Majority rules. How can I neglect the opinions of my peers. The only problem I have is that with turbo, I was always doing compression checks, changing oil, plugs, monitoring rich and lean conditions, etc. etc. etc. I just don't want all those problems again, but I do want a fast and reliable rocket. That is why I was thinking of a supercharger instead of a turbo. I leave the turbo for when I buy a race car or a weekend cruiser, but not as a daily driver. Opinions. Let me hear them. Set ups recommend them.
