Alright guy's I have an 8psi spring and with the wastegate vacum to the turbo my boost guage only reads 3 psi and with it to the throtle body it reads 5 psi is this much boost loss threw the intercooler normal or is something else up.

 

Check all Vaccuum souces, as well as your intercooler piping connections.

You definitely have a leak somewhere.
