Default Boost gauges (Cheapest/Precision etc.)

Hi,

as it seems my boost gauge is broken (shows wired values but map voltage is ok)

now i'am searching fo a new one... and have two question:

1.) which is the cheapeast one? and how precises is it?
2) which is the best one and how much does it cost?

Thanks
Malte.

Defi...D series or my fav...BF

I have the BF's

Single control unit, all senders from engine bay go directly to the control unit, and then one wire controls as many gauges as you want.

Extermely accurate
Fast response
peak values
warning lights and buzzer
look friggen sick

Another vote for Defi BF guages. However, if you are looking to save money they are certainly not the guage to go with @ about 250 a piece plus 100 for the control unit.

those defi BF gauges are nice but I can't justify spending that much cash.

im gonna check those omorimeter gauges, ill go with these if they are cheaper than the defi D gauges

btw what is the difference between mechanical and electronic gauges? is one better than the other?

Yeah, I like inaccurate boost gauges and oil sending units that crap out all the time too. I don't believe for one second that the gagues are the same that the pros use.
